Apart from the artistic development of a wide range of musical concepts
David occasionally dedicates himself to architectural projects.
His playing the piano is his deepest way to build rapport
with his audience by means of expressive clarity.

David Van Looveren has developed a great many dimensions of being a musician:
he is equally comfortable as a soloist in piano concertos and as an orchestral musician,
he plays the grand piano in traditional solo recitals,
surrounds himself with friends of chamber music
and has expanded his range of activities to musical theatre with word and dance.

Moreover he loves to support and inspire as a piano accompanist.
Over many years he has taken the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills,
to play for and together with musical soulmates and to share his passion and knowledge as a teacher.
He supports young talented musicians and thus combines his strengths and abilities as an educator and accompanist.
